About Opslumo
Opslumo publishes practical guides on AI, search and automation for small teams — what changed, why it matters, and what to do next.
Why this site exists
Small businesses are told to “adopt AI” and “show up in AI search” every week, usually by vendors with something to sell. Most teams don’t need more hype; they need a clear check they can run on Monday morning. Opslumo exists to turn announcements, documentation and standards into short, testable steps a team of 2–50 people can actually use.
What we cover
- AI safety — permissions, human review, account security and prompt-injection controls for everyday AI tools.
- AI search & growth — search visibility, GEO/AEO, product data and the path from discovery to a real inquiry.
- Workflow automation — bounded pilots, reliable handoffs, retries, and costs worth measuring before you scale.
How we write
- Every recommendation links to the evidence behind it — official documentation, standards bodies (such as NIST and FIDO), or primary vendor sources.
- We label the difference between published facts, worked examples and our own interpretation.
- Articles carry a publication date and are updated when the underlying product or guidance changes.
- We don’t accept payment for coverage. If an article ever contains an affiliate link or sponsorship, it will be clearly disclosed on that page.
