Terms of Service

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Understand what you receive, how you may use it, and where to get help before ordering an Opslumo digital resource.

1. Scope and operator

These terms cover the public Opslumo website and Opslumo digital resources. Opslumo is a business brand operated by Zongmeng Huang, based in China. Contact: meng@opslumo.com. If you purchase for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Custom consulting, SEO, or automation projects require a separate written scope, price, and agreement. A budget selected on our inquiry form is not a product price, purchase order, or service commitment. A digital toolkit purchase does not include custom consulting or implementation.

2. Product scope and pricing

The product page describes the included files, version, language, software requirements, license, price, and current availability. Digital resources do not include physical shipping. Any applicable transaction taxes and the final amount payable must be shown at checkout before payment. A one-time product is not a subscription.

Read the product page before purchase. If the displayed product, price, or currency differs at checkout, do not pay; contact us to clarify. Future products marked “Planned” are not included in a current purchase. Future editions, ongoing updates, or lifetime access are not promised unless explicitly included in the offer you buy.

3. Single-business-use license

Unless a product states otherwise, a paid purchase permits you to edit, print, and use the resource internally within one purchasing business or organization, including its employees and contractors. You may keep internal working copies and backups.

You may not resell, publicly share, redistribute, sublicense, upload to a public template library, or claim authorship of the original or modified resource. Use across unrelated client businesses or separate legal entities requires separate written permission. Opslumo retains rights in its original materials; you retain rights in your own input data. Third-party names are used descriptively and do not imply endorsement.

4. Payment and delivery

Only place an order through an active checkout linked from the product page. When the checkout identifies Creem as merchant of record, its buyer terms govern its payment and billing role. Opslumo remains responsible for its resource content and product support.

The product page and checkout must state the delivery method before you pay. Keep your receipt and download instructions. If you cannot obtain or open the files, contact meng@opslumo.com with the order reference. An inquiry or disabled checkout is not a completed order. Do not send payment-card details by email.

5. Problems, cancellations, and refunds

For an inaccessible download, duplicate charge, corrupted file, or product materially different from its description, contact us promptly with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and arrange appropriate access assistance, a corrected file, replacement, or refund where warranted. Payment disputes or refunds may also require processing through the merchant of record.

Change-of-mind refunds after digital content has been delivered are not normally offered, except where required by applicable law or the checkout terms. Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or defective-product rights remain unaffected. We do not treat merely visiting the website as consent to waive those rights. Any legally required consent for immediate digital delivery must be handled at checkout.

No term here removes a consumer protection or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Support and compatibility

Support covers access to the purchased files and clarification of their documented features. It does not include custom formulas, system integration, state-by-state legal research, review of employee records, or professional advice unless separately agreed. Tell us the product version and your spreadsheet application when reporting a problem, and remove sensitive information from screenshots.

The onboarding toolkit is an editable Excel .xlsx workbook in English. Do not assume identical behavior in Google Sheets, Notion, or other applications. Check the published requirements before purchase and keep a clean original backup.

7. Educational and operational limits

Our books, examples, workbooks, and public demos are educational and operational aids, not legal, tax, payroll, cybersecurity, or human-resources advice. No promise is made of legal compliance, increased revenue, search rankings, AI citations, or a particular business result.

A state dropdown or example entry does not determine which rule applies. You are responsible for checking current federal, state, local, and industry requirements and obtaining qualified advice where needed. Keep sensitive identity, health, credential, and banking records in appropriate systems, not in the coordination workbook.

Review formulas and outputs against your own inputs before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, resources are supplied without a guarantee that they are error-free or suited to every situation. This does not limit any non-excludable rights or our responsibility for the remedy of a defective or misdescribed product.

8. Responsible use and privacy

Do not use the site to transmit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or infringe another person’s rights. Use only data you are entitled to provide. Our Privacy Policy describes how inquiry, support, analytics, and order information is handled.

9. Questions and changes

Contact meng@opslumo.com first if something is unclear. We may update these terms and their date for future use and offers. An update does not retroactively remove the scope or rights included in an earlier completed purchase. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply.
