Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This policy explains how Opslumo handles information when you browse our website, request help, or purchase a digital resource.

1. Who is responsible

Opslumo is the business brand operated by Zongmeng Huang, based in China. For privacy questions or requests, contact meng@opslumo.com. This policy covers the public Opslumo website and our handling of customer communications. Third-party websites have their own policies.

2. Information we handle and why

The three interactive demos on our homepage process the text you enter locally in your browser; their code does not submit that text to Opslumo. This does not mean the whole website is free of analytics. The separate contact form does transmit information when you submit it. Do not enter passwords, identity documents, banking details, medical information, or confidential employee or customer records into our public forms or demos.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to answer requested inquiries, discuss work you ask us to scope, deliver and support purchased resources, keep necessary business records, and protect and improve the website. The inquiry form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request or fulfilling an agreement, applicable legal obligations, legitimate interests in running and securing the business where permitted, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, data storage, business email, analytics, or payment processing. Our inquiry notifications use Resend; message contents and the contact details supplied in the form are included in those notifications. Our website uses Ahrefs for analytics.

Where a product checkout identifies Creem as the merchant of record, Creem handles checkout, billing, payment, and applicable transaction-tax processes under its own terms and privacy notice. Opslumo may receive the order and buyer information needed to deliver the resource and provide support. Do not send payment-card details to Opslumo by email or through our inquiry form.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to professional advisers where necessary to handle an actual legal or business matter. Services and communications may involve processing outside your country, including in the operator’s country and providers’ operating locations. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your request; this page does not claim a particular certification or transfer safeguard that has not been verified.

5. Retention and security

We retain inquiry and support records according to the purpose of the communication, whether work or a purchase follows, and any applicable accounting, dispute, or legal requirements. Retention is not presented as a fixed automatic deletion period. You can request deletion of records that are no longer needed; records required for a legal obligation or unresolved dispute may need to be retained.

Access is intended for people and providers who need the information to carry out the purposes above. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please report a suspected data issue through our support address without including additional sensitive records.

6. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email meng@opslumo.com with a clear request. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any applicable exceptions and respond within the period required by law. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

You can choose not to submit optional form fields, use your browser’s privacy controls, or contact us by email. Third-party checkout sites may use their own cookies and preferences; review their notices before entering information.

7. Children and updates

Our site and resources are intended for adult household and business users, not directed at children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate. Material changes to this policy will be reflected here with an updated date.
